Primeira viagem ao Brasil / First trip to Brazil

This post is long overdue, but I really don’t have time anymore.
We took Juliana on her second international trip just 6 weeks after we got home from China. We went to Brazil to visit my side of the family. Call us crazy, but she did really well and we had a great time.
We were there for 3 weeks and stayed with my parents. Vovónete (grandma) and Vovô Janjão (grandpa) were thrilled to meet our bundle of joy. We actually had the whole family together for the first time in a long while. My brothers were there with their wives and daughters. The girls got to play together. It was so much fun!
It was summer time in Brazil and we got to be outdoors for a change. We went to the farmers market, for walks in the park and of course swimming. There were also a lot of relatives and friends that were more than willing to babysit and we got to rest some too.

And of course we ate lots of wonderful food made by Vovó and the aunties.

But most important of all, we got to be together as a family and we really cherish these moments. Time goes by so fast when you are having fun…

Já faz tempo que não escrevo, mas eu realmente não tenho mais tempo.
Nós levamos a Juliana para a segunda viagem internacional dela 6 semanas após termos chegado da China. Podem nos chamar de loucos, mas ela se saiu muito bem e a gente se divertiu muito.
Nós ficamos 3 semanas na casa dos meus pais. A Vovónete e o Vovô Janjão adoraram conhecer a nossa fofura. E nós conseguimos reunir a família toda pela primeira vez em muito tempo. Os meus irmãos, suas esposas e as meninas também estavam lá. As meninas puderam brincar juntas e foi ótimo.
Como estava calor pudemos ficar ao ar livre pra variar um pouco. Nós fomos na feira do produtor, passear no parque e lógico nadar na piscina do Vovô. Também haviam muitos parentes e amigos que estavam dispostos a cuidar das crianças e nós pudemos descansar um pouco.

É lógico que também comemos muito as guloseimas da Vovó e das titias.

Mas o mais importante é que pudemos estar juntos em família e estes momentos são preciosos.
O tempo voa quando a gente está se divertindo…
