This will definitely be a day we will not forget too. Unfortunately not for a good reason.
Jimmy stated to get sick last night and had a terrible night. This morning with the help of the Holt staff we took him to the doctor to treat acute gastroenteritis and he was there for about 4 hours for IV drip and antibiotic medications. He is better now and is sleeping. I am really hoping he feels better in the morning as we have to check out at 5:00 am and we have a 22 hours long trip back to the US. Juliana also has runny nose but continues to be the same adorable girl.
We had the consulate appointment and the oath ceremony and were very thankful that the consulate allowed me to be only parent present for the appointment. Everything went well and Juliana will become an American citizen the moment we step into the US.
Well mommy will now put both to sleep and finish packing. Please keep us in your prayers for Jimmy to feel better and for our safe trip home.
For those of you who asked, we will arrive in Jax at 5:30 pm with the Northwest flight coming from Detroit. See you tomorrow.
Este com certeza sera um dia que não vamos esquecer, mas infelizement não por uma boa razão. O Jimmy comecçou a ficar doente a noite passada e teve uma noite terrível. Hoje cedo com a ajuda do pessoal da Holt levamos ele ao médico para tratar de gastroenterite aguda e ele passou 4 horas no consultório recebendo medicação intravenosa e antibióticos. Ele está melhor agora e está dormindo. Espero que ele esteja melhor de manhã pois temos que sair do hotel as 5 da manhã e temos uma viagem de 22 horas de volta para o USA. A Juliana também está com o nariz escorrendo mas continua sendo a fofura de sempre.
Hoje tivemos a entrevista no consulado Americano e a cerimônia de juramento pra cidadania. Nós estamos muito agradecidos ao consulado por deixar eu representar a nossa família durante a entrevista. Tudo foi bem e a Juliana vai ser cidadã Americana no momento que entrar nos USA.
Bom a mamãe vai por os dois pra dormir agora e terminar de arrumar as malas. Por favor rezem por nós para que o Jimmy melhore e para que tenhamos uma viagem segura de volta. Chegaremos em Jax as 17:30 hrs no voo da Northwest vindo de Detroit.

Oh my gosh - I am so sorry that he is soo sick - I hope that he gets better for the long trip home...you know you can change your return if you really need to...so other than getting a flight at this time of year (trust me - I know - I came back the same time) Do what is best all around - the flight back is a bear!
